Description
Recipe:
- Dry Roast the Multi-Millet Balls – Heat a pan on medium flame and roast the multi-millet balls for about 2 minutes. Remove from the pan and set aside.
- Prepare the Tempering – In the same pan, heat 2–3 tablespoons of oil.
- Cook the Multi-Millet Balls – Add the roasted multi-millet balls back into the pan and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
- Turn Off the Heat – Switch off the gas before adding the masala.
- Add the Masala – Transfer the multi-millet Balls into separate vessel and sprinkle masala over the multi-millet balls. Stir well until the masala coats them evenly.
- Serve & Enjoy – Transfer to a serving bowl. Enjoy your flavorful Multi-Millet Balls with family and friends
