Description
Recipe:
- Rinse poha in a colander, drain, and set aside to soften.
- Heat oil; add mustard seeds, curry leaves, and green chilies.
- Add diced potato, cook until tender.
- Add onions, sauté till soft.
- Mix in turmeric, then add poha, salt, and sugar.
- Toss gently, cover, and steam for 2–3 minutes.
- Garnish with coriander and lemon juice; serve hot.
